Work closely with founders to architect and build a next-generation web application, emphasizing exceptional user experienceLead the development of efficient, reusable front-end systems and robust, scalable backend servicesSpearhead the creation of technical design documents, develop solutions, and oversee code reviewsCollaborate with team members to devise optimal solutions for complex challengesEstablish and communicate best practices for full-stack engineeringPotentially manage and mentor the web engineering team, fostering a culture of innovation and excellence

Requirements

Bachelor's degree or higher in Computer Science or a related fieldMinimum 8 years of professional experience in full-stack web developmentProven leadership experience in a technical role

Front-End Skills

Expert in JavaScript, HTML, and CSSProficient in building applications with React and TypeScriptExperience with RESTful API integration and state managementSkilled in writing unit and UI tests (Jest, Testing-library, Cypress, etc.)Familiarity with CI/CD workflowsStrong debugging and troubleshooting abilitiesCreative problem-solving approachSolid understanding of UI/UX principles

Back-End Skills

Proficient in NodeJS, Express.js, and NestJSExperienced in designing and implementing RESTful APIs and relational databasesFamiliar with ORM libraries like TypeORMSkilled in implementing authentication and authorization systemsStrong grasp of backend performance optimization, scalability, and security best practicesBroad knowledge of cloud services, networking, and operating systemsExperience with Google Cloud Platform (and Firebase)Proficient in Docker for development and deploymentFamiliarity with microservice architectureDeep understanding of web application security principles and best practicesExpertise in system design, particularly for scalable and high-performance architecturesProven ability to optimize backend systems for performance and scalability
