Role Description

This is a remote contract role for an OpenText ECM Administrator/Developer. The role will involve day-to-day tasks such as managing and administering OpenText ECM systems, developing and configuring applications, troubleshooting and resolving technical issues, and providing support and training to users. The candidate will also collaborate with cross-functional teams and participate in system upgrades and enhancements.

Qualifications

Experience in administering and managing OpenText ECM systemsProficiency in developing and configuring applications using OpenText ECMAbility to troubleshoot and resolve technical issuesExperience in providing support and training to usersStrong knowledge of ECM best practices and industry standardsExcellent communication and collaboration skillsAbility to work independently and remotelyExperience in the IT industry is a plusBachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field
