PHP (Symfony) Developer

We are seeking a PHP (Symfony) Developer who will collaborate closely with the Product Managers to deliver a solid, robust, and modern product for our clients. You will also mentor junior team members, conduct code reviews, and ensure adherence to coding standards.

Responsibilities

Refactor existing code to boost performance, readability, maintainability, and scalability.Lead projects by establishing technical direction and overseeing other developers' work.Develop and maintain server-side web applications with new features.Contribute to the design and implementation of new platform features.Assist in identifying and resolving software budefectsgs.Advocate for high-quality, standards-compliant code within an efficient Agile process, providing essential code-review feedback and upholding Agile principles.Requirements

At least 3 years of commercial experience in software development.2 years of commercial experience with the Symfony framework.Proven experience in developing server-side web applications.Strong understanding and practical experience with SOLID principles, Object-Oriented Programming, and various design patterns.Extensive experience working in an Agile environment.Proficiency in code-review and peer-feedback processes.Experience in designing and consuming RESTful APIs.Proficiency with Git.Experience with distributed applications and event-driven systems.Good to have skills:

Experience with Docker.Expertise in deploying code using multiple programming languages.Familiarity with AWS tooling.Experience with Test-Driven Development (TDD).Experience with Domain-Driven Design (DDD).Experience in refactoring monolithic applications into Service-Oriented Architecture (SOA).
