Workday Developer (REMOTE)

Dragonfli is seeking a skilled and motivated Workday Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building and enhancing Workday integrations and reports, providing production support for Workday business teams, maintaining comprehensive documentation, and supporting Blackline configurations and Python code development.

Key Responsibilities:

Build/Enhance Workday Integrations:Design, develop, and maintain integrations between Workday and other systems.Collaborate with stakeholders to understand integration requirements and ensure seamless data flow.Troubleshoot and resolve integration issues.Build/Enhance Workday Reports:Develop and optimize Workday reports to meet business requirements.Ensure accuracy and timeliness of reporting deliverables.Collaborate with business teams to gather reporting needs and deliver custom solutions.Provide Production Support for Workday Business Teams:Act as a primary point of contact for Workday-related issues and inquiries.Diagnose and resolve production issues in a timely manner.Work closely with business teams to provide ongoing support and training.Maintain Documentation:Create and update documentation for Workday integrations, reports, and other configurations.Ensure all interface documentation is accurate and up-to-date.Maintain a repository of best practices and lessons learned.Support Blackline Configurations and Python Code Development:Configure and maintain Blackline systems to support business needs.Develop and maintain Python scripts to automate and streamline processes.Collaborate with IT and business teams to ensure efficient and effective solutions.

Requirements:Proven experience as a Workday Developer or similar role.Strong knowledge of Workday integration tools and techniques.Proficiency in Workday report development and customization.Experience with production support and troubleshooting.Excellent documentation skills.Familiarity with Blackline configurations and Python programming.Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.Excellent communication and collaboration abilities.

Preferred Qualifications:Workday certification.Experience with other HRIS systems.Knowledge of additional programming languages and tools.
