We are seeking an advanced-level Blockchain Researcher and Developer to join our team on a full time basis. This role is ideal for postdoctoral researchers and experts with deep knowledge in blockchain systems and decentralized machine learning, who are eager to contribute to innovative projects and advance their expertise in this cutting-edge field.ResponsibilitiesAdvanced Research: Conduct in-depth research and analysis on the latest advancements in blockchain technology and decentralized machine learning. Critically review current literature, whitepapers, and emerging trends to inform project directions.Design and Develop Blockchain Solutions: Architect and implement sophisticated blockchain solutions. This includes developing advanced smart contracts, creating innovative consensus algorithms, and ensuring high levels of security and scalability in blockchain networks.Implement Advanced Cryptographic Techniques: Apply state-of-the-art cryptographic methods to secure blockchain transactions, protect data integrity, and ensure privacy.Lead Back-End Web Development: Oversee and contribute to the back-end development of web applications integrating blockchain technologies. Develop robust server-side logic, manage databases, and implement APIs to support blockchain functionality.Drive Software Development: Lead the development and maintenance of complex software solutions within the blockchain domain, emphasizing efficiency, security, and robustness.Collaborate and Lead: Work closely with other senior developers, researchers, and stakeholders. Lead project teams, facilitate meetings, and drive collaborative efforts towards achieving project goals.QualificationsEducational Background: A PhD in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field, with a strong focus on blockchain technology and/or decentralized systems.Proven Expertise in Blockchain Systems: Extensive experience with blockchain platforms (such as Ethereum, Hyperledger, or others), and a deep understanding of consensus mechanisms, smart contracts, and blockchain architecture.Specialization in Decentralized Machine Learning: In-depth knowledge of decentralized machine learning principles and applications, including federated learning and privacy-preserving techniques.Advanced Cryptography: Expertise in cryptographic principles and their application in securing blockchain systems, with a proven track record of implementing advanced cryptographic techniques.Technical Proficiency: High-level proficiency in programming languages such as Solidity, JavaScript, Python, and Go.
