Position Title: ServiceNow Developer (W2)
Work Location: Fully Remote (Eastern or Central Time zone)
Summary: Our client seeking an experienced ServiceNow Developer to join their team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD module in a global enterprise environment. They will also possess expertise in designing, developing, and implementing new functionality within the HRSD module and providing technical assistance for software configuration/customization, workflow administration, custom coding, and scripting. If you are a technically savvy professional with a passion for solving complex IT challenges and have experience in ServiceNow, we encourage you to apply.Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement new functionality of the HRSD module, including Case and Knowledge management, Employee Center Portal, Virtual Agent, and HR Agent Workspace.Provide technical assistance for software configuration/customization, workflow administration, custom coding, and scripting, as well as third-party integrations.Troubleshoot, support, and enhance ServiceNow data feeds, including Workday Data Feed.Troubleshoot and support Dynamic Translation for knowledge articles, chat, and case details.Maintain technical documentation in Confluence for ServiceNow HRSD implementation.Adhere to company ServiceNow development standards and industry best practices.Collaborate with the ServiceNow platform team and other teams to design solutions with a "Global Scope" impact.Required Skills:Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD module in a global enterprise environment.Experience configuring core ServiceNow modules, including delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items, and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisions.Experience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF).Familiarity with writing JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL, and PowerShell.Familiarity with Service-Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST).The ability to translate complex end-user requirements into system requirements and code.Proficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems; experience with Jira is a plus.Strong attention to detail and a focus on quality.Excellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders.Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
