Introduction: We are seeking a talented Sitecore SXA Developer to join our dynamic team. As a Sitecore SXA Developer, you will be responsible for developing web solutions in Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) and leveraging your expertise in Sitecore to deliver scalable and high-performance web applications. You will collaborate with a team of developers, designers, and stakeholders to ensure all requirements are met and the solution is optimized for performance and usability.

Key Responsibilities:Develop and implement Sitecore solutions using Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA) based on technical and functional requirements.Customize SXA components, templates, renderings, and layouts as per project requirements.Integrate data sources and APIs to extend Sitecore functionality.Collaborate with designers to ensure UI/UX designs are implemented correctly.Optimize websites for maximum speed, scalability, and SEO.Troubleshoot issues, perform unit testing, and conduct code reviews.Maintain technical documentation related to Sitecore solutions and integrations.Stay updated with the latest Sitecore trends and technologies.

Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent experience).Proven experience developing web solutions using Sitecore CMS, with specific expertise in Sitecore Experience Accelerator (SXA).Strong proficiency in ASP.NET MVC, C#, and web development technologies (HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript).Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as jQuery, Bootstrap, Angular, or React.Knowledge of SQL Server and experience with database design and optimization.Familiarity with Agile methodologies and version control tools (e.g., Git).Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively in a team environment.Sitecore certification(s) (e.g., Sitecore Developer Certification) is a plus.Benefits:Competitive salary and benefits package.Opportunity to work on challenging and innovative projects.Career growth and professional development opportunities.Collaborative and inclusive work environment.
