The ServiceNow Developer provides and coordinates operational support and development of ServiceNow. The position's responsibilities include platform maintenance and administration, installing plug-ins as needed, partnering with ServiceNow customers and users, providing metrics reporting and statistics, trouble-shooting issues with the vendor, developing solutions that may require scripting to meet customer requirements, mentoring teammates, analyzing the impact of upgrades to current and new functionality, resolving upgrade conflicts, and custom application development.
