Developer Tools and Experience Engineer

Our Platform Engineering Team is working to solve the Multiplicity Problem. We are trusted by some of the most reputable and established FinTech Firms. Recently, our team has spearheaded the Conversion & Go Live of apps which support the backbone of the Financial Trading Industry.

We are seeking a highly skilled Developer Experience Platform Engineer who will be responsible for improving the overall developer experience by enhancing developer productivity, managing inner-sourcing processes, implementing process improvements, and maintaining effective communication and advocacy. This role will also focus on engineering metrics, coaching, and managing developer tooling including IDEs and accelerators.

We are looking for Engineers who can

Design and implement tools and processes to enhance developer productivity and streamline workflows.Experience in enhancing developer productivity through tools and process improvements.Knowledge of inner sourcing practices and the ability to manage and promote these initiatives.Proven track record of identifying and implementing process improvements in a development environment.Ability to develop and monitor engineering metrics to assess and improve team performance.Continuously improve the developer experience by addressing pain points and optimizing the development environment.Manage and promote inner sourcing initiatives to encourage code reuse and collaboration within the organization.Identify and implement process improvements to enhance development efficiency and reduce bottlenecks.Develop and monitor key engineering metrics to measure and improve the performance and effectiveness of the development team.Manage and optimize developer tools, including IDEs and accelerators, to ensure they meet the needs of the development team.Experience in the fintech industry and relevant certifications (e.g., Certified Scrum Master, AWS Certified DevOps Engineer).
