We are looking for an experienced Go Developer to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in Go development and will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining high-quality software applications. You will work closely with cross-functional teams to deliver scalable and reliable solutions.

Education: Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.

Experience: 3 to 7 years

Primary Skills: Go (Golang), Python, PostgreSQL, MySQL, or MongoDB

Secondary Skills: AWS/GCP, Microservices architecture, Docker, Kubernetes

Location: Remote

Must-Have Skills:

Proficiency in Go (Golang).Knowledge of Kafka for real-time data processing.Expertise in ORM (Object-Relational Mapping).Experience with relational databases such as PostgreSQL, Oracle, and MySQL.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and collaboration skills.Ability to work in an Agile/Scrum environment.Proven ability to handle multiple tasks and deliver high-quality results in a fast-paced environment.

Good to have Skills:

Experience with cloud platforms, especially AWS.Knowledge of microservices architecture and related patterns.Proficiency in containerization technologies like Docker.Experience with Kubernetes for container orchestration.Experience with CI/CD pipelines and related tools.Knowledge of DevOps practices and tools.Familiarity with performance tuning and optimization.Experience with security frameworks and best practices.

Responsibilities:

Design, develop, test, and deploy high-performance, scalable backend applications using Go.Collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features.Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code while adhering to industry best practices.Participate in code reviews, provide feedback, and ensure coding standards are maintained.Troubleshoot and debug applications, identifying bottlenecks and performance issues.Contribute to architectural decisions and system design.Stay up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies to ensure our solutions remain current and competitive.Mentor junior developers and provide technical guidance.
