Focusing primarily on Case Management Systems and citizen engagement applications, MERP experts create enterprise applications using Microsoft Azure, Power Apps, Dynamics 365, Power Pages, SharePoint, Open AI, .NET, and C#. MERP has seven solutions on Microsoft’s Apps Source portal, including Investigative Case Management and Freedom of Information Act (FOIA) solutions. MERP’s customers include federal agencies, state and local governments, non-profits, and commercial organizations.

MERP Systems is currently looking to hire an experienced Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations (F&O) Developer. The Developer will play a crucial role in designing, customizing, and implementing solutions within the Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations platform.

Responsibilities:1. Solution Development: Design, develop, test, and deploy customized solutions within Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations, ensuring alignment with business requirements.2. Customization and Configuration: Customize and configure Dynamics 365 F&O modules to meet the specific needs of the organization, including but not limited to finance, supply chain, and human resources.3. Integration: Collaborate with other teams to integrate Dynamics 365 F&O with other systems, applications, and third-party services to ensure seamless data flow and business processes.4. Code Development: Write, modify, and optimize code using X++ programming language, following best practices and development standards.5. Troubleshooting and Debugging: Identify and resolve issues related to system functionalities, configurations, and customizations. Perform debugging and troubleshooting activities as needed.6. Documentation: Create and maintain technical documentation, including specifications, system architecture, and configuration details, to ensure a comprehensive understanding of the implemented solutions.7. Collaboration: Work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other developers to gather requirements, understand business processes, and translate them into technical specifications.8. Testing: Conduct thorough testing of customizations and configurations to ensure the stability, reliability, and performance of the Dynamics 365 F&O system.9. Upgrades and Maintenance: Stay current with updates and new features in Dynamics 365 F&O and implement upgrades and patches as needed. Provide ongoing support and maintenance for existing implementations.10. Training and Support: Provide training to end-users and support teams, helping them understand the Dynamics 365 F&O system and address any issues or questions that arise.

Qualifications:1. Experience: Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 F&O developer with a strong background in X++ development.2. Technical Skills: Proficiency in X++ programming language, understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O architecture, and experience with related technologies such as Azure DevOps, Power Platform, and LCS (Lifecycle Services).3. Problem-solving: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to troubleshoot complex technical issues.4. Communication: Excellent communication skills with the ability to convey technical information to non-technical stakeholders.5. Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively in a team environment and contribute to the success of the overall project.
