Senior .NET Full Stack Developer

Their platform, built on .NET Core, enables users to manage their postal mail and packages remotely through an intuitive app..Position Overview: We're seeking a highly skilled Senior .NET Full Stack Developer to join our client's remote team. This role requires a self-motivated individual who can thrive in a minimal supervision environment and tackle complex development challenges.

Key Responsibilities:• Develop high-quality software solutions using .NET Core• Participate in software architecture design and implementation• Mentor less experienced developers and contribute to team growth• Collaborate with senior technology management on development strategies• Estimate development efforts and meet project deadlines• Apply Agile and Scrum methodologies in the development process• Develop and maintain REST-based APIs• Troubleshoot and resolve bugs efficiently• Contribute to and maintain coding standards• Review and refactor code to ensure optimal performance• Maintain staging and development environments

Requirements:• 8+ years of experience with C#, ASP.NET, and MVC• Strong proficiency in HTML5, CSS3, JavaScript, Ajax, Bootstrap, and jQuery• Extensive experience with MS SQL and T-SQL• Familiarity with XML, JSON, and LINQ• Experience in building and integrating REST-based APIs• Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously• Excellent verbal communication skills in English• Adaptability to learn new technologies quicklyTechnical Environment:• Primary platform: .NET Core• Main client base: PhilippinesInterview Process:• 2-3 rounds of interviews, including technical assessments and coding challenges• Focus areas: Communication skills, technical proficiency, and attitude work Arrangement:• Remote work with occasional in-person meetings for key projects• Working hours aligned with the Vietnam Time Zone (VNT)• Quiet workspace suitable for video meetings and calls• Reliable high-speed internet connection (minimum 25 Mbps)• Dual monitors are preferred but not required.
