Experience:5+ years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer.Strong experience with ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, Glide Script), UI development, and integrations.Experience with ServiceNow ITSM, ITOM, and other modules.Knowledge of web technologies (HTML, CSS, AJAX, XML, JSON).Familiarity with database concepts and SQL.

Education:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.

Responsibilities:Development and Configuration:Design and develop custom applications on the ServiceNow platform.Configure and customize ServiceNow modules, including ITSM, ITOM, ITBM, HR, and others as required.Develop and maintain integrations with other systems using REST, SOAP, and other APIs.Implement workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, and client scripts.Administration:Perform regular platform maintenance, including upgrades and patches.Monitor and ensure the performance, availability, and security of the ServiceNow platform.Manage ServiceNow users, roles, and permissions.Collaboration and Support:Work closely with business analysts, project managers, and stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements.Provide technical guidance and support to end-users and other team members.Conduct training sessions and create documentation for end-users and administrators.Continuous Improvement:Stay updated with the latest ServiceNow features and functionalities.Identify areas for improvement and recommend solutions to enhance the platform's capabilities and efficiency.
