Job Description:We are seeking a talented remote ServiceNow Developer to join our dynamic team. In this role, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing solutions within the ServiceNow platform to support various business processes and requirements. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in software development and programming, along with experience in ServiceNow administration, customization, and integration.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and customize ServiceNow applications and modules based on business requirements.Implement ServiceNow configurations, including workflows, UI pages, UI actions, business rules, and client scripts.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements, analyze business processes, and propose solutions using ServiceNow.Perform ServiceNow platform upgrades and ensure compatibility with existing systems.Develop integrations between ServiceNow and other systems using web services and other integration methods.Conduct testing and debugging to ensure the quality and performance of developed solutions.Provide ongoing support and maintenance for ServiceNow applications and integrations.Create technical documentation, user guides, and training materials as needed.Stay updated on ServiceNow platform developments and best practices.Proficient in creating reports for stakeholder to gain visibility into Help Desk TeamRequired Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Proven experience as a ServiceNow Developer or Administrator.Strong understanding of ServiceNow platform architecture and components.Proficiency in web technologies.Experience with ServiceNow modules such as Incident Management, Change Management, CMDB, etc.Knowledge of ITIL processes and best practices.Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills.Effective communication and collaboration abilities.ServiceNow certifications (such as Certified Application Developer) are a plus
