Job Description:Experience configuring and supporting ServiceNow HRSD module in global enterprise environmentExperiencing configuring core ServiceNow modules including the delegation of groups, workflows, business rules, UI actions, UI policies, ACLs, dictionary, catalog items and updates of all other existing solutions requiring revisionsExperience with ServiceNow Automated Test Framework (ATF)Familiar with writing JavaScript, XML, HTML, SQL and PowerShellFamiliar with Service Oriented architecture and web services integration (SOAP, WSDL, REST)The ability to take complex end-user requirements to system requirements to codeExperience in the management of all phases of the application lifecycle and best practices to include requirement gathering, design, development, testing (application code and user acceptance), and deploymentProficiency in Agile methodologies and version control systems, experience with Jira is a plusTechnically savvy and able to design and build applications that meet business goals and objectivesFlexibility to adapt to evolving priorities and dynamic project needsStrong attention to detail and quality focusedExcellent communication skills to effectively liaise with technical and non-technical stakeholders
Responsibilities:Design, development and implement new functionality of the HRSD module including: Case and Knowledge management, Employee Center Portal, Virtual Agent and HR Agent WorkspaceAssist in providing technical assistance for software configuration/customization, workflow administration, custom coding and scripting, and third-party integrationsTroubleshoot, support, and enhance ServiceNow data feeds, including Workday Data FeedTroubleshoot and support Dynamic Translation for knowledge articles, chat, and case detailsMaintain technical documentation in Confluence for ServiceNow HRSD implementationAdhere to company ServiceNow development standards and industry best practicesCollaborate with ServiceNow platform team and other teams to design solutions where there is “Global Scope” impactPossess an in-depth knowledge of the various ServiceNow
