Senior Software Developer - .NET/SQLFULL-TIME, Remote (Philippines)8:00 AM - 5:00 PM CST U.S.

Are you an innovative, talented, and creative Software Developer? If yes, we are seeking an experienced Software Developer to join our team who is skilled in coding, testing, and debugging new software features and product enhancements to our platform that we provide to the multifamily rental housing industry.

Working knowledge of Microsoft's C#, ASP.NET (or equivalent programming tools) in an application development environment is highly required, and experience in SQL Server is beneficial. In addition, you should be familiar with standard compliant HTML, CSS, JavaScript, relationship databases, and web various applications.

You must have at least 8+ years of professional experience in developing high-performing, scalable, and innovative end-to-end web applications to qualify for this position.

Responsibilities - What is the job scope and how does success look like for this role?Design, develop, and maintain robust and scalable .NET-based applications, ensuring high performance and reliability.Collaborate with product owners to gather requirements, analyze technical needs, and implement solutions that align with business objectives.Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code using Microsoft's C# and .NET.Identify and debug software defects, ensuring the delivery of error-free applications to end-users.Develop and optimize SQL Server database schemas, queries, and stored procedures for seamless data integration and retrieval.Implement data security measures and database performance enhancements, ensuring data integrity and responsiveness.Work with standard compliant HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and TypeScript to create intuitive and visually appealing user interfaces.Ensure responsive web design and optimal user experience across various devices and platforms.Collaborate with Quality Assurance teams to identify and resolve software defects, ensuring the delivery of high-quality software products.Communicate technical concepts and project updates clearly and concisely to both technical and non-technical team members.

Requirements - What makes up our ideal candidate?Minimum of eight (8+) years of hands-on experience in developing high-performing, scalable, and innovative end-to-end web applications.Proficiency in .NET 4.5 and .NET 7 with a strong focus on web development technologies such as MVC, Web APIs, and Minimal APIs.Working knowledge of Angular front-end development along with familiarity with standard compliant HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and Bootstrap.Expertise in SQL Server and database management, ensuring seamless data integration and retrieval.Adept at coding, testing, and debugging to ensure the delivery of flawless software features and enhancements.Proven ability to work independently and collaboratively in a remote environment, willingness to take initiative and follow through on projects.Analyze complex technical challenges, propose innovative solutions, and implement effective problem-solving strategies to overcome obstacles during development.Stay updated with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices related to .NET development.Adhere to coding standards, software development methodologies, and best practices to ensure consistency and maintainability of the codebase.

What You Can Expect

We are offering a starting salary of PHP 100,000-110,000 monthly for this role. A permanent, work-from-home position with a results-based standard. We want the right person to have the flexibility to work remote while being successful in the company.
