LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an skilled Software Developer for a large client of ours providing cutting edge software solutions to those in the legal industry. This role offers a great opportunity for someone passionate about software development and who wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a talented team. As part of a cross-functional team consisting of a product manager, designer, and 4-6 software engineers and QA analysts, you will be an active partner in the design, coding, unit testing, and release of new features and enhancements for our client’s growing customer base.

ResponsibilitiesWork with Product Designers to implement the next generation of software productsBuild efficient and reusable front-end components and systemsIdentify and address performance bottlenecksParticipate in design and code reviewsCollaborate with other team membersIdentify and communicate best practices for front-end engineeringChampion the adoption of new technologies

Requirements3+ years of experience building web applicationsExpert knowledge of modern JavaScript technologies such as Angular, React, and TypescriptExpert knowledge of HTML, CSS/LESS/SASSAbility to write high-performance, reusable code for UI componentsExperience integrating with back-end web services via REST-based APIsExperience developing responsive interfaces for web and mobilePassion for performance debugging and benchmarkingBS degree or higher in Computer Science or a related technical field

Highly DesiredExperience with NextJS or another React frameworkStrong interest in building delightful, intuitive user experiencesExperience with testing frameworks such as Jest and JUnitWorking knowledge of backend technologies like Java Spring Boot, Node, REST-based API developmentKnowledge of web architecture and the HTTP protocolUnderstanding of microservices architectureExperience with MVC developmentKnowledge of caching strategiesKnowledge of cloud developmentFamiliarity with Jenkins and CI/CD environmentsExperience developing internationalized softwareExperience integrating and configuring CMS, CDP, tag managers, marketing analytics and other MarTech technologies
