LHH Recruitment Solutions is seeking an skilled Software Developer for a large client of ours providing cutting edge software solutions to those in the legal industry. This role offers a great opportunity for someone passionate about software development and who wants to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment with a talented team. You’ll join one of their cross-functional Agile teams architecting, designing and building the next generation of backend systems for our software products. This is primarily a back-end role but openness to work full-stack is a plus. The role offers a fully remote schedule based in the United States and would be on a contract, project-focused basis.

ResponsibilitiesResponsible for the entire Software Development Life Cycle of your code including development, test, production, and subsequent fixes and improvementsCollaborate with other teams to incorporate their requirements and manage dependencies. Have a big picture in mind and plan aheadActively participate in design and code reviewsWork with the Ops team on deployment and own team’s deployment pipelines

Experience - RequiredAt least 8+ years of experience in delivery using Java (v8 or later) At least 5+ years of experience with frameworks such as Spring and Spring BootUtilizing automated testing frameworks and testing toolsFluent in English, with professional-level verbal and written communication

Experience - DesirableJPA, SQL preferably experience with PostgresExperience designing and developing RESTful services/APIsExperience with ScalaKnowledge of JavaScript/Typescript, HTML & CSSExperience with CI/CD, containers Docker and Kubernetes
