About the RoleWe are expanding in the Philippines and are looking to hire a seasoned Senior Software Developer who can work with a cross-functional team of developers, business analysts and software quality assurance analysts. We are working on a Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management platform for companies in Europe that will closely integrate with Device and User Identity platforms and Certificate Authority tooling to securely request, acquire, store, transmit, install, and revoke SSL certificates to facilitate secure end-to-end communications between clients devices and servers.

You will work remotely with colleagues based in the Philippines and Germany. We have a flexible 40 hour work week and observe core business hours between 3pm PHT until 8pm PHT when calls within teams and domain experts occur.

ResponsibilitiesProvide technical leadership and guidance to a team of software developers, promoting a culture of learning and continuous improvement.Collaborate with project managers and other stakeholders to define project scope, set implementation timelines, and manage developer load.Validate incoming requirements, able to participate in requirements engineering workshops to ensure that all business cases are covered and fully specified before starting implementation.Oversee all technical aspects of software development projects, ensuring that the team adheres to high-quality coding standards and best practices.Identify and monitor key performance indicators to ensure team health and maximize developer team productivity.Overseeing the planning and delivery of all aspects of multiple projects to ensure alignment with the business, technology strategy, and stakeholder needs.Engaging with various stakeholders to facilitate prioritization and discussions on critical issues and projects including option analysis & root cause analysis, in order to maximize the value and alignment to our vision and strategy.

Required QualificationsAt least seven (7) years of enterprise software development experience using Microsoft.NET with C# as the primary programming language.Able to quickly grasp software architecture and design directions, analyze limitations of existing approaches and propose areas for improvement on existing code to maximize and stabilize system throughput.Solid knowledge and experience in frontend development using Javascript libraries and frameworks that are widely used by industry (such as React, Vue, Svelte, and Angular) with modern build and bundling tools such as Webpack and Vite.Strong Relational Database Design and SQL skills, able to identify slow queries that can be optimized to improve performance.Proven experience as a Technical Lead or similar leadership role in software development, can effectively lead a team of full-stack software developers, focusing on coaching, mentorship, and support designed to foster their professional and technical capabilities.

Optional but Preferred QualificationsRecent hands-on experience on a project that employs Domain-driven Design (DDD), Command and Query Responsibility Segregation (CQRS), Event Sourcing, and Event-driven architectures.Able to implement CI/CD pipelines with Azure DevOps to automate packaging and deployment to cloud and on-premise servers.Experience with NoSQL Databases (Cassandra, MongoDB, Redis)Experience setting up messaging infrastructure (RabbitMQ, Azure Servicebus, NServiceBus)Working experience on deploying applications to containerized environments (Docker, Kubernetes)Experience in integrating .NET applications with platform monitoring and OpenTelemetry based instrumentation platforms.Strong business domain and technical background on Public Key Infrastructure (PKI) and Digital Certificate Lifecycle Management systems to integrate with directory services, device identity platforms and certificate authority specific tooling to automate acquisition, installation, distribution, and revocation of SSL certificates on computing devices.

Gross Monthly Salary Range₱100k to ₱170k
