We are seeking an experienced Senior Blockchain Developer to join our innovative team building cutting-edge decentralized applications and protocols. In this role, you will design, develop, and deploy smart contracts and blockchain solutions to power the next generation of web3 applications.
Responsibilities:Architect and develop secure, scalable smart contracts using Solidity and other blockchain programming languagesCollaborate with cross-functional teams including product, design, and other engineers to define and implement new featuresWrite clean, well-tested, and maintainable code following best practices and coding standardsConduct thorough testing and auditing of smart contracts to identify and fix vulnerabilitiesStay up-to-date with the latest trends, tools, and best practices in blockchain developmentContribute to open source projects and engage with the blockchain developer communityMentor junior developers and provide technical leadership on projects
Requirements:5+ years of software development experience, with 3+ years focused on blockchain developmentDeep expertise in Solidity and Ethereum smart contract developmentStrong understanding of blockchain fundamentals, consensus mechanisms, and cryptographic primitivesExperience with Truffle, Hardhat, Web3.js, Ethers.js and other common blockchain development toolsFamiliarity with DeFi protocols, NFTs, DAOs, and other web3 primitivesProficiency in JavaScript/TypeScript and React for building web3 frontendsKnowledge of security best practices and experience with smart contract auditingExcellent problem-solving skills and ability to think creatively to design innovative solutionsStrong communication skills and ability to collaborate effectively in a fast-paced environmentPassion for decentralization, open source, and building the future of web3
Preferred:Experience with Layer 2 solutions like Optimism, Arbitrum, zkSync, etc.Knowledge of other smart contract languages like Rust, Move, or CairoContributions to major blockchain projects or protocolsExperience with zero-knowledge proofs and privacy-preserving technologiesBackground in cryptography, distributed systems, or game theory
