Key Requirements/ Highlights:8+ years of experience in insurance-related software development.Strong understanding of web application development principles and technologies (XML, HTML, JavaScript, .NET/Java).Solid knowledge of insurance industry workflows and concepts (specifically P&C insurance billing & accounting).Solid knowledge and experience with databases (PostgreSQL an asset).Strong math and analytical skills.Outstanding communication skills and ability to work effectively in a team environment.

Role Responsibilities:Work alongside our implementation teams to help implement and configure the finance module for new customers.Work alongside business analysts and other developers to design, develop and unit test new product features.Mentor developers and educate our clients on the finance module.Diagnose and fix defects as required.Work with the Director, Product to make sure that all system changes are aligned with the Product Vision and communicated to necessary stakeholders.Communicate and liaise with clients to ensure features meet requirements.Work with the Development Team to continually refine our SDLC.
