Lead Back End Developer

Responsibilities:Design and develop features according to the product roadmap.Guide the development process of other developers.Proactively take responsibility for the entire development cycle.

RequirementsBachelor's Degree or higher in an Information Technology discipline or related field of study.6-10 years experience in backend development with leadership exposure and experience mentoring junior engineersProficiency in full stack languages such as C#, .NET Core, and skills in React.js.Practical experience with Mongo/Mongoose for seamless data management.Must have experience with CRM integration (Salesforce, Zoho, HubSpot), OAuth solutions, and GCP debugging and configuration.A passion for solving specific customer issues and refining better solutions from these experiences.Excellent verbal and written English communication skills.
