No.of Open Roles: 2 Responsibilities Develop and implement Al applications, like NLP translation agents, STT, and TTS systems. Program and fine-tune Large Language Models (LLMs) for various use cases. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and deliver Al solutions that meet business objectives. Write clean, maintainable, and scalable code following best practices. Conduct code reviews and provide constructive feedback to peers. Debug and resolve technical issues in a timely manner. Stay updated with the latest advancements in Al and machine learning technologies. Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute innovative ideas to enhance product functionality. Document technical specifications, development processes, and application workflows. Skills and Qualifications Technical Skills: • Proficiency in Python and its libraries/frameworks such as TensorFlow, PyTorch, and Keras. Strong understanding of machine learning algorithms and deep learning techniques. • Familiarity with RESTful APIs and microservices architecture. Knowledge of data preprocessing, data augmentation, and model evaluation techniques. Experience programming and fine-tuning LLMs such as GPT-3, BERT, or similar models. Soft Skills: Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to think algorithmically. Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
