We are seeking a highly skilled and proactive Tableau Developer to join our team. As a Tableau Developer, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and maintaining Tableau dashboards and reports to support business intelligence and data analytics initiatives. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements, analyze data, and create visualizations that enable data-driven decision-making. Responsibilities: Design, develop, and maintain Tableau dashboards and reports to meet business needs.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical specifications. Analyze complex datasets to identify patterns, trends, and insights. Optimize Tableau visualizations for performance and usability. Conduct data quality checks and ensure data accuracy and integrity. Stay updated with the latest Tableau features and best practices. Provide technical support and training to end-users. Collaborate with data engineers and analysts to ensure seamless data integration and availability.
RequirementsBachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, or a related field. Proven experience as a Tableau Developer or in a similar role. Strong knowledge of Tableau Desktop, Tableau Server, and Tableau Prep. Proficiency in SQL for data manipulation and extraction. Experience in data visualization best practices and principles. Familiarity with data modeling and database design concepts. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong communication and collaboration abilities. Proactive mindset and ability to work independently.
Preferred Qualifications: Tableau Desktop and Server certifications. Knowledge of statistical analysis and data mining techniques. Familiarity with ETL processes and data warehousing concepts.
