Power Platform Developer

Job Description: We are in search of a seasoned Power Platform Developer with over 5 years of experience to join our dynamic team. As a Power Platform Developer, you will be instrumental in designing, developing, and implementing solutions using Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Power Platform components. You will collaborate closely with stakeholders to understand requirements, streamline business processes, and deliver scalable solutions aligned with organizational objectives.Key Responsibilities:Develop custom solutions leveraging Power Apps, Power BI, SharePoint, and other Microsoft Power Platform tools to enhance business operations.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze requirements, and translate them into technical solutions.Design and implement integrations between Power Platform solutions and other enterprise systems.Ensure adherence to best practices for security, governance, and compliance across all Power Platform applications.Conduct testing, debugging, and performance tuning of Power Platform solutions.Provide technical documentation and training to end-users as required.Key Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field.Minimum of 5 years of experience as a Power Platform Developer or in a similar role.Proficiency in Power Apps, Power BI, and SharePoint development and customization.Strong understanding of Microsoft Dataverse (Common Data Service) and its application in Power Platform solutions.Experience in integrating Power Platform solutions with other Microsoft 365 services and third-party applications.Ability to analyze complex business processes and recommend efficient solutions using Power Platform technologies.Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.Preferred certifications: Microsoft Certified: Power Platform App Maker Associate or equivalent.
