Job Title: Intermediate ServiceNow Developer (HRSD Experienced)Company: Codex Tech ITLocation: RemoteJob Type: Full-Time (Work From Office)Shift Time: 12 PM - 9 PMExperience: 3-4 years in IT industry, with specific experience in ServiceNow HRSDProject: ITSM + HRSDResponsibilities:Develop and configure ServiceNow applications and modules, with a primary focus on ITSM and HRSD.Customize ServiceNow applications and facilitate the rollout of new applications and modules.Perform system integration and process automation using ServiceNow.Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and translate them into technical solutions.Troubleshoot issues and ensure the smooth operation of ServiceNow applications.Provide technical support and maintenance for existing applications.Create and maintain detailed documentation for all configurations and customizations.Implement security and data protection measures.Skills Required:3-4 years of experience as a ServiceNow Developer, specifically with HRSD.Proficiency in ServiceNow development, including scripting (JavaScript, GlideScript).Experience with IT Service Management (ITSM) and HR Service Delivery (HRSD) modules.Strong understanding of ServiceNow architecture and data model.Knowledge of web technologies such as HTML, CSS, and AJAX.Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks in a fast-paced environment.Preferred Qualifications:ServiceNow HRSD certification or related certifications.Experience with other ServiceNow modules and custom application development.Familiarity with Agile development methodologies.
