React Developer (Senior L2)

Role SummaryWe are looking for a very experienced developer who can advise and lead front-end development

This is an excellent opportunity for a front-end Developer to join an expanding and dynamic software delivery team. Working as part of an international team you will primarily be working on the delivery of solutions to expand functionality of KYC solution.

You will be working with product owners, scrum masters, project managers, quality assurance testing team, infrastructure and customer support teams.

Core Duties / Responsibilities

The successful candidate will be responsible for undertaking the following activities;

Application Development Understand requirements and design specifications.Contribute to technical design discussions, prototypes and investigationsDeliver quality software following coding, accessibility and cross browser standardsUnit test and integration test software as appropriateDocument as required by project/team leadsResolve issues found in formal test iterationsRegularly report progress, issues and any impediments via stand-ups, time/task recording tools and with team leads and project management.Maintain a high degree of knowledge on current technologies, tools and design patterns.Develop and maintain effective working relationships with colleagues and stakeholders across LenviAdhere to all Regulatory, Security and Compliance requirements

SupportRespond to production support issues within agreed SLAsDetermine the root cause of production issues and propose solutions to resolve the immediate and any longer-term problems, liaising with other teams as necessary.

RequiredStrong technical and practical understanding of HTML, CSS, and JavaScriptFamiliarity with newer specifications of EcmaScriptStrong experience with ReactProficiency with CSS processors such as PostCSS, Sass, or LessSolid understanding using front-end build tools such as Webpack, Gulp,Experience using Git and related tools like GitLab,Experience with front-end performance topics/rendering internalsExperience delivering system-level technical design and documentationAbility to work independently and manage a project from end-to-endAbility to be a team player and contribute to the larger team in a positive wayAn understanding of modern development patterns and practicesFlexible, independent and self-motivatedAbility to communicate about IT and technology in plain-English and in non-technical terms to colleagues and Clients
