Job Description:

DigiQuad Solutions seeks an experienced and talented Freelance UI Lead Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in front-end development and be proficient in React, TypeScript, JavaScript, unit testing, and accessibility. As a UI Lead Developer, you will play a crucial role in leading our UI development efforts, ensuring the delivery of exceptional user experiences.

Key Responsibilities:- Lead the front-end development of web applications, ensuring high-quality code and best practices.- Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including designers, backend developers, and product managers.- Implement and enforce best practices in coding, testing, and accessibility.- Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior developers.- Optimize applications for performance and scalability.- Stay current with industry trends and technologies to ensure the team uses the best tools and practices.- Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs.

Required Experience:- React: 6+ years- TypeScript:6+ years- JavaScript:5 years- Unit Testing:5 years- Accessibility:5 years

Qualifications:- Proven experience in leading front-end development projects.- Strong understanding of responsive design, cross-browser compatibility, and web standards.- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail.- Strong communication skills and the ability to work effectively in a remote team environment.

Preferred Skills:- Experience with additional front-end frameworks and libraries.- Familiarity with backend technologies and API integration.- Knowledge of CI/CD pipelines and version control systems like Git.- Understanding of performance optimization techniques.
