Clarity Developer

Job Description:

We are seeking a highly skilled Clarity Developer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have extensive experience in all areas of Clarity PPM, including Classic UI and Modern UX, custom process development, jobs, interfaces, custom objects and attributes, and Jaspersoft reports. Java and C# programming skills are a plus but not strictly necessary.

Key Responsibilities:

Implement Project/Program/Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Financial Management, and Resource Management using CA Clarity PPM.Configure Process/Workflow in Clarity PPM to automate business processes.Write complex Gel scripts to perform system operations.Configure Objects, Process, Portlets, Dashboards, Reports, Lookups, etc.Design and develop reports and tools in Jaspersoft Report, Complex Clarity Portlets, NSQLs.Perform PPM administrative activities like upgrades, server migration, job schedules.Work in the Clarity Modern UX environment and set up Blueprints.Set up resource permissions, security groups, and access rights configuration in Clarity PPM.Integrate Clarity with other systems like JIRA using web services/REST APIs.Tune performance of SQL/NSQLs/Clarity Portlet code.Prepare user manuals and process documentation.Support existing configuration, handle customer tickets, and provide timely responses to clients with resolutions.Required Skills:

Extensive knowledge of all modules of CA Clarity Project and Portfolio Management.Solid experience in the implementation of Project/Program/Portfolio Management, Demand Management, Financial Management, and Resource Management.Experience in configuring Process/Workflow in Clarity PPM to automate business processes.Strong understanding and experience in writing complex Gel scripts.Experience in configuring Objects, Process, Portlets, Dashboards, Reports, Lookups, etc.Report design and tool development in Jaspersoft Report, Complex Clarity Portlets, NSQLs.PPM administrative activities experience, including upgrades, server migration, job schedules.Strong knowledge and experience in Clarity Modern UX environment, including setting up Blueprints.Experience in resource setup, permissions, security group, and access rights configuration in Clarity PPM.Integration experience of Clarity with other systems like JIRA using web services/REST APIs.Performance tuning experience of SQL/NSQLs/Clarity Portlet code.Experience in preparing user manuals and process documentation.Experience in supporting existing configurations and handling customer tickets with timely resolution.Strong communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.Team player who can collaborate with teams and clients at all levels.
