Crisis Simulation Developer

MounTech Solutions seeks a talented, detail-oriented Crisis Simulation Developer to join our team. This role focuses on developing both technical and non-technical executive crisis simulations. The successful candidate will work through the initial stages of the build process, creating realistic and engaging scenarios that prepare organisations for real-world cyber incidents.

Responsibilities:Collaborate with clients to understand their organisational structure, security tools, areas of concern, and regulatory requirements.Document high-level flows of proposed simulations, ensuring they align with client needs and organisational realities.Develop detailed simulation briefings, injects, and attachments.Create non-linear simulation flows based on participant responses.Conduct quality reviews to ensure the accuracy and effectiveness of simulations.Communicate effectively with clients to gather feedback and make necessary adjustments.

Skill RequirementsCandidate must have:Technical Expertise: Strong understanding of cybersecurity concepts, tools, and best practices.Analytical Skills: Ability to analyse organisational structures and processes to develop realistic simulation scenarios.Communication Skills: Excellent written and verbal communication skills to document and present simulation flows and details.Attention to Detail: Meticulous in documenting processes and ensuring all simulation elements are accurate and high-quality.Creativity: Ability to create engaging and plausible crisis scenarios that challenge participants and improve organisational readiness.Project Management: Strong organisational skills to effectively manage multiple projects and deadlines.Client Interaction: Experience working directly with clients, understanding their needs, and translating them into practical simulation exercises.Tool Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel for documenting and presenting simulation flows and outcomes.

Qualifications:Degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, Business Management, or a related field.

Experience:Previous experience in cybersecurity consulting, incident response, or crisis management.

Certifications:Relevant certifications such as CISSP, CISM, or similar are a plus.
