We are currently seeking a Software Developer (Grow–Demand Channels) to join our rapidly growing engineering team. This role is for someone who is passionate about building innovative solutions and being exposed to new challenges and technologies while making an impact. This role is available to candidates across Canada, excluding Quebec.

A day in the life might look like:
Work with a team of developers to solve complex problems and provide performant solutions to Clio customers;Owning initiatives to improve codebase, monitoring, and alerting;Taking ownership of different aspects of projects such as researching architecture, identifying patterns, and building scalable solutions;Work in an agile environment with our team of full stack developers across a variety of projects.Using a wide variety of technologies, learning new things, and challenging yourself; Participating in diverse projects and collaborating with multiple engineering teams across three countries; Review and provide feedback on a peer's code, both from within your own team or across all of Clio. What you may have:
Experience in software development, specifically with building web applications at scale and Ruby on Rails and/or React;The ability to master new technologies quickly and work effectively in a dynamic and ever-evolving environment that includes distributed teams and customers;Experience working with large-scale systems;A diverse base of knowledge that allows you to help your team solve complex technical problems;A portfolio of successful projects (as well as a collection of lessons learned from failed projects); andExcellent communication skills and the ability to build trusted relationships with fellow Clions and customers.

The expected salary range* for this role is $107,500 to $145,500 CAD. Please note there are a separate set of salary bands for other regions based on local currency.
Our salary bands are designed to reflect the range of skills and experience needed for the position and to allow room for growth at Clio. For experienced individuals, we typically hire at or around the midpoint of the band. The top portion of the salary band is reserved for employees who demonstrate sustained high performance and impact at Clio. Those who are new to the role may join below the midpoint and develop their skills over time. The final offer amount for this role will be dependent on geographical region, applicable experience, and skillset of the candidate.
