Requirements:- Minimum 3 years of experience in WordPress development- Proficient in PHP, HTML5, CSS3, and JavaScript- Strong understanding of WordPress core, including themes and plugins development- Experience with responsive design and mobile-first approaches- Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git)- Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail- Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment

Responsibilities:- Develop, maintain, and customize WordPress themes and plugins for Webtech Mechanics' clients- Implement responsive designs and ensure cross-browser compatibility- Optimize website performance and loading times- Integrate third-party APIs and services- Troubleshoot and resolve WordPress-related issues- Stay updated with the latest WordPress trends and best practices

Preferred Qualifications:- Experience with WordPress and other Content Management Systems (CMS)- Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, particularly WooCommerce- Understanding of web security principles
