The ideal candidate will have a strong background in middleware technologies, particularly Oracle Fusion Middleware. You will be responsible for developing, configuring, and maintaining middleware solutions that integrate various enterprise applications, ensuring seamless data flow and communication across systems.Key Responsibilities:Design, develop, and implement middleware solutions using Oracle Fusion Middleware components such as SOA Suite, OSB, and BPEL.Configure and manage middleware servers and environments, ensuring high availability, scalability, and performance.Integrate various enterprise applications and systems, including ERP, CRM, and custom applications, using middleware technologies.Develop and optimize middleware components such as adapters, transformations, and business processes.Monitor and troubleshoot middleware solutions to ensure smooth operation and timely resolution of issues.Collaborate with cross-functional teams including application developers, system administrators, and business analysts to gather requirements and deliver middleware solutions.Develop and maintain technical documentation, including design specifications, integration guides, and operational procedures.Stay updated with the latest developments in middleware technologies and best practices, and apply them to improve existing solutions.Required Skills and Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.5+ years of proven experience as a Middleware Developer, specifically with Oracle Fusion Middleware (SOA Suite, OSB, BPEL).Strong knowledge of XML, XSD, XSLT, WSDL, SOAP, REST, and other web services technologies.Proficiency in Java, J2EE, and other programming languages relevant to middleware development.Experience with middleware administration, including installation, configuration, and performance tuning.Knowledge of enterprise integration patterns and best practices.Familiarity with database technologies such as Oracle, SQL, and PL/SQL.Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work under pressure.Strong communication skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.Preferred Skills and Qualifications:Experience with other middleware technologies such as IBM WebSphere, MuleSoft, or TIBCO.Knowledge of cloud-based middleware solutions and integration (e.g., Oracle Integration Cloud).Familiarity with DevOps practices and tools such as Jenkins, Ansible, and Docker.Experience with Agile/Scrum methodologies.Certification in Oracle Fusion Middleware or related technologies.Your MindsetYou are a self-starter, driven and can handle multiple projects and priorities.You are passionate about driving customer values with a digital acceleration mindset and culture in a fast-paced, challenging environment where you get the opportunity to work with a spectrum of latest tools and technologies to drive forward continuous improvement.You are actively looking to improve the solutions you implement, understand the efficacy of collaboration and reaching out across functional borders and are keen to work in a team in an Agile environment.As a member of this team, you should possess the ability to inspire yourself and all of our team.
