The challenge

The dev team's ambition is to extend and improve the application using a truly agile process. We already have a powerful and fun-to-use foundation:

Now it's time to put the pedal to the metal. We want to accelerate the rate at which we deliver valuable software to our users.

To this end, we're looking for a seasoned and skilled backend developer who can get stuff done. Your role will be to implement new features and perform necessary maintenance with both high velocity and high quality.

You will be coached and directed by the co-founder and CTO initially. After the onboarding phase, you must be able to come up with plans, collaborate with and delegate work to team members.

Preferred experience

Back-end developer with at least 5 years of experience in programming web applications3 years of experience PHP + MySQL/MariaDBKnows Symfony and/or Laravel in and outCan write tests in PHPUnitExperience breaking up issues into smaller, releasable chunks and delegating these to team members Comfortable with continuous deployment

Experience with software project management (as a participant, not necessarily as a manager)Basic JavaScript/NodeJS skillExperience with WebDriver and/or Cypress for end-to-end testing
