Job Role: We're seeking a ServiceNow Technology Analyst proficient in implementing end-to-end solutions including Service Catalog, Incident Management, Knowledge Management, Configuration & Asset Management, Change Management, and Release Management. Your expertise in Scripted Web-Services, AJAX, JavaScript, SOAP, REST, MID Server Setup, and integrating ServiceNow with other applications will drive transformative solutions for our clients.

Job Requirements:Extensive experience in SNOW JavaScript, ITSM, ITBM, and integrations.Proficiency in creating Import sets, Data Sources, Transform maps.Ability to customize complex workflows and workflow activities with strong debugging skills.Excellent communication and client interaction abilities.ServiceNow System Administration Certified (mandatory).ITIL Foundation Certification (preferred, or willing to obtain).Experience with Business Rules, Script Includes, UI Actions, and Scheduled Jobs within ServiceNow.Familiarity with developing Catalog Items, UI Pages, and UI Actions.Hands-on experience with ServiceNow client and server-side JavaScript, and ServiceNow APIs.Implementation experience with Service Portal and proficiency in AngularJS.Strong knowledge and working experience of CMDB, Asset Management, and Discovery.
