Key Requirements:Minimum 3 years of commercial backend development experienceStrong proficiency in Java and J2EE architectureHands-on experience with Spring Framework, MySQL, and RedisAbility to write clean, efficient, and well-documented codeExperience with RESTful API design and implementationFamiliarity with Agile development methodologiesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication skills in English
