Job Description:

We are seeking a skilled UI/UX Developer with a strong design mindset and proficiency in front-end technologies to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will have experience in designing user interfaces using Figma and implementing those designs using JavaScript and other front-end technologies.

Responsibilities:

Collaborate with product managers, developers, and stakeholders to gather and evaluate user requirements. Design and prototype user interfaces using Figma, ensuring a user-centric approach. Develop responsive and visually appealing web applications using HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and front-end frameworks/libraries (React). Ensure the technical feasibility of UI/UX designs and optimize applications for maximum speed and scalability. Conduct user research, usability testing, and gather feedback to improve the overall user experience. Maintain and enhance the company's design system and ensure consistency across all digital platforms. Stay up-to-date with the latest design trends, front-end technologies, and industry best practices.

Qualifications:

Proven experience as a UI/UX Developer or similar role. Strong portfolio showcasing UI/UX design work and front-end development projects. Proficiency in Figma for creating wireframes, mockups, and prototypes. Solid understanding of HTML, CSS, JavaScript, and responsive design principles. Experience with front-end frameworks/libraries such as React. Knowledge of version control systems (e.g., Git). Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail. Strong communication and collaboration skills. Ability to work in a fast-paced, agile environment.

Preferred Qualifications:

Experience with user research and usability testing. Familiarity with accessibility standards and best practices. Knowledge of back-end technologies and how they integrate with front-end development.
