Role DescriptionWe are seeking a highly motivated Sr. Full Stack Developer to join TrueOps in a full-time, remote role. As a Sr. Full Stack Developer, you will be responsible for both back-end and front-end development, leveraging technologies such as Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB. Your role will involve collaborating with our team to create solutions that will directly impact our customers in recovering more money and improve our auditors efficiency. This position requires a minimum of three years of experience with the specified technologies.

QualificationsFull stack developer (back-end and front-end)Experience with Tailwind (we use Tailwind UI)Proficiency in Node.js, Next.js (+13 + server actions), TypeScript, and MongoDBAbility to work independently and as part of a remote teamMinimum of three years of working experience with Node.js, Next.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB.Experience with Playwright or similar end-to-end testing librariesFamiliarity with AWS ECS/Fargate, SQS, and Cognito.Excellent communication and teamwork skills. Conversational English is required, as the majority of the team members are native English speakers.
