SCOPE OF WORK AND CHALENGES
Lead the design and development of ServiceNow solutions Collaborate closely with ServiceNow and Backend Architects to ensure a seamless integration
with existing environments and systems.
Customize and configure the ServiceNow platform to align with telecom-specific
requirements, ensuring seamless integration with existing environments and systems.
Implement automation scripts, business rules, and workflows to optimize telecom
documentation as well as test cases and test automation.
Integrate ServiceNow via APIs with fulfillment systems, assurance systems,
billing systems, finance/procurement/logistics systems and other telecom-specific
applications to streamline order processing and fulfillment.
Implement security controls and compliance measures specific to the telecommunications
industry, including data privacy and regulatory requirements

Experience with the Telemanagement Forum (TMF) Open APIs Experience with implementation of Assurance (ITSM process) solutions Knowledge of telecom-specific service delivery practices and processes.
