We are looking for passionate and innovative minds to join our mission of freeing up customer’s most valuable resource, their timeWe are seeking a talented Product Developer to join our R&D sub-department. In this role, you will ensure faithful delivery of our strategy, design, technical implementation and generation of technical reports, dashboards and other project deliverables. You will leverage your skills and available tools to develop new product features and fix code bugs. A solid technical background in development and a deep understanding of digital systems and tools are essential to meet our operational objectives.

The ideal candidate will have the following skillset:

Ability to manage and meet milestones and deliverables according to defined schedules, using tools such as Gantt charts and project management methodologies.Experience in the analysis, design and development of new product functionalities and modules. Knowledge of quality testing, code error detection and correction.Ability to collaborate effectively with other teams and areas within the company, facilitating strategic design and the generation of technical solutions in line with the client's and company's objectives.Proficiency in technical documentation, including the ability to translate customer requirements into technical terms understandable to the development team.Solid knowledge of data security and privacy practices, ensuring adequate protection of customer information in accordance with applicable standards and regulations.Orientation towards future-oriented design and innovation, seeking to increase the organization's capacity for innovation and competence through technical and strategic solutions.Ability to manage expectations and communicate effectively with internal and external stakeholders, keeping direct management informed about the status of the project and complying with established guidelines.

The Role

Comply with the generation of deliverables, for each milestone defined in the Gantt schedule and in the stages of the associated process.Participate in the analysis and development of new product functionalities and modules. Perform quality testing to detect and fix code errors.Support in the strategic design of new products and generate solutions in coordination with other areas of the company. Apply future-oriented design principles and execute technical actions to strengthen product development, service design, branding, communication and business model.Document new functionalities in product manuals and collaborate in the development of informational and training materials. Ensure the appropriate use of files or documents associated with each component of the project for the preparation of reports and dashboards.Guarantee the security and privacy of client data in accordance with the contracted service. Generate access controls to customer information and verify data before delivery.

Must-Have Qualifications

1 to 3 years experience in similar areasComputer Science, Computer Science, Design thinking, IT, UX/UI or related.Technologies, Innovation, Development, via Certifications, Diploma, Master or other.Alignment of information security needs with objectives and risks.Knowledge of the characteristics of the Corporate Governance Domain.Knowledge of the characteristics of the audit and controls domain.Knowledge of the characteristics of the project, technology, and operations management domain.Knowledge of the characteristics of the information security key competencies domain.Technical knowledge in the use of tools and products, associated to the role of Analyst in any organization.
