Your day-to-day responsibilities include:A degree in bioinformatics, biology, computer science or related discipline2. Proficiency in R programming including documented experience with package development according to best practices3. Experience with R packages commonly used for data munging and visualisation (dplyr, ggplot2, plotly,, etc.)4. Creating dashboard visualisations with R Shiny.5. Experience with modern R frameworks such as the tidyverse, data.table, or similar.6. Basic shell scripting skills, experience with version control7. Ability to directly communicate with research scientists and understand business requirements for scientific applications8. Experience in working in an agile environment.9. Fluent in English spoken and written
