Snowflake Developer

JOB DESCRIPTION:

Design and develop scalable, high-performance data architecture solutions on Snowflake.Create and maintain data models.Integrate Snowflake with various data sources and ETL (Extract, Transform, Load) tools.Ensure seamless data flow between Snowflake and other systems, such as data lakes, data warehouses, and business intelligence tools.Monitor and optimize Snowflake performance, including query performance, data loading, and resource utilization.Implement best practices for data partitioning, clustering, and indexing.Design and implement security policies to protect data stored in Snowflake.Implement data cataloging, lineage, and metadata management.Automate data workflows and processes using tools like Snow pipe, Streams, and Tasks.Develop scripts and automation frameworks for data loading, transformation, and maintenance.Generate reports and dashboards to monitor system performance and data usage.Provide support for data-related issues and troubleshoot problems related to Snowflake.Stay updated with the latest Snowflake features and functionalities and implement upgrades as needed.Continuously evaluate and improve data architecture and processes.Development experience with Talend is optional but is a big plus.Snowflake SnowPro Certification is a must.
