Senior Power Platform Developer (UNITED STATES CITIZENS ONLY)

Redan LLC is looking for a Senior Power Platform Developer to be part of a growing team in the federal sector. As a Senior Power Platform Developer, you will be responsible for all aspects of implementing solutions including development, testing, deployment, and process documentation. In this role you will also be providing guidance and sharing best practices regarding Power Platform development. Your tasks will include implementing CI/CD, using Azure DevOps and paying strong attention to details. You must possess excellent troubleshooting skills and the ability to help large-scale organizations adopt Microsoft Power Platform at an enterprise level with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate Candidates must have excellent written and oral communication skills and be adaptive to the organization's changing needs. This candidate must have experience with building and maintaining highly effective relationships with team members and multiple stakeholders across multiple projects. Work in an agile environment and provide technical knowledge and development to the team throughout all agile ceremonies What You'll Be Doing As the Senior Power Platform Developer at Redan, you will:

Demonstrate a broad understanding of the applications and technical architectures related to their area(s) Create applications and services that use C# and ASP.NET, Azure, SQL Server, and design/architectural patterns (Model-View-Controller). Assist Power Platform Architect or SME to incorporate best practices and principles with programming languages inside and outside the Power Platform Implement CI/CD Use Azure DevOps Pay strong attention to detail Possess excellent troubleshooting and verbal/written communication skills Work in an agile environment and provide technical knowledge and development to the team throughout all agile ceremonies Possess the ability to help large-scale organizations adopt Microsoft Power Platform at an enterprise level with a focus on the Microsoft Power Platform including Power Apps, Power BI, Power Automate Assist Power Platform Architect or SME to incorporate best practices and principles with programming languages inside and outside the Power Platform Profile of Success Required 5 years of hands-on, everyday programming and coding experience within the last 7 years. A minimum of 3 years’ experience within the last 5 years with Azure development experience. C#, VBA, SQL Server, and Database Query Experience working in enterprise environment Experience developing integrations and customizations on Power Platform with backend data sources’ Experience with Azure DevOps or a similar tool/service Power Apps and Power Automate experience Conditions of Employment US Citizenship is required.
