Senior Python Developer - LLM

DescriptionAs a Senior Python Developer, you will be crucial in maintaining and enhancing our open-source LLM model. You will work closely with a team of talented developers and researchers to ensure the model remains cutting-edge and accessible to the community. Your contributions will help drive the development and adoption of our LLM project.

ResponsibilitiesContribute to developing, maintaining, and optimizing our open-source LLM model.Collaborate with the community, addressing issues, reviewing pull requests, and providing guidance.Implement new features and improvements based on community feedback and project goals.Ensure code quality, performance, and scalability of the LLM model.Stay up-to-date with the latest advancements in AI, machine learning, and natural language processing.Mentor junior developers and provide technical leadership within the team.Document code, and processes, and contribute to project documentation.

Requirements5+ years of experienceProven experience as a Python Developer with a strong understanding of Python's ecosystem.Significant contributions to open-source projects, preferably in the AI/ML space.Experience with large language models (LLMs) and natural language processing (NLP) techniques.Solid understanding of machine learning frameworks and libraries (e.g., TensorFlow, PyTorch).Familiarity with version control systems (e.g., Git) and collaborative development workflows.Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently and collaboratively.Excellent communication skills and the ability to engage with the community.A passion for open-source development and a commitment to advancing AI technology.

Preferred Qualifications Experience with deploying and maintaining large-scale machine learning models.Knowledge of data engineering and data pipeline management.Familiarity with cloud platforms (e.g., AWS, Google Cloud) and containerization technologies (e.g., Docker, Kubernetes).
