Key Responsibilities:Monitor routes and production processing to ensure proper data flow and response times using Rhapsody UI and other toolsHelp to perform and automate daily maintenance processesTroubleshoot and resolve processing issuesCorrect and reprocess errorsAdvise on monitoring practices, thresholds, and notificationsSupport Rhapsody upgrades and new environment configurationSkills & Qualifications: 6 years of experience with:Rhapsody softwareAd hoc SQLXML4 years of experience with:JavaScriptWeb services (REST, SOAP, WSDL)Experience with:ASP.NETC#CSSCould have occasional after-hours/weekend support work Education/Certifications:Bachelor's or master's degree in a relevant field of work OR equivalent work experienceRhapsody certification (please indicate certification level)Location: Remote role. Must be able to work EST standard hours.

The salary range for this position is $110,000 - $125,000. Actual compensation within that range will be dependent upon the individual's skills, experience, and qualifications.
