Jr. Curam Developer

Job Description:

We seek a motivated and eager Junior Curam Developer to join our dynamic team. Candidates should have a foundational understanding of the Curam framework and a passion for developing software solutions that improve social services delivery. This role offers the opportunity to work with the latest versions of Curam in a collaborative environment. We would also consider Jr. Java developers with a desire to learn and work with Curam systems.

Responsibilities:

Assist in the development and maintenance of Curam applications.Participate in the design, coding, and testing of software modules.Collaborate with senior developers and analysts to understand requirements and design solutions.Debug and troubleshoot basic application issues.Contribute to the documentation of software development processes and procedures.Attend team meetings and contribute to project planning and status updates.

Requirements:

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.Basic understanding of the Curam Social Program Management platform.Experience with Java, J2EE, and object-oriented programming.Familiarity with SQL and database concepts.Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.Willingness to learn and adapt to new technologies and methodologies.

Preferred Qualifications:

Internship or coursework related to Curam or social services software.Basic understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC).
