We’re Looking For a Principal Software Engineer!Our Team is looking for someone who has a passion for building rich full stack Web applications. This individual will own the full software development lifecycle to assess, and deliver critical web applications that will directly impact hundreds of thousands to millions of users. What You Bring To The Table12+ Years of application development and platform modernization experience, including web applications development using Angular.js, JavaScript, TypeScript, React.js, Redux, HTML, CSS, SASS, REST, Node.js, Java, Git, CI/CD practices and Testing (including complex unit tests and integration tests)10+ Years of consulting experience working with enterprise clients in their digital transformation journeysNice to have - 2+ Years of experience managing a consulting practice8+ years of experience leading teamsExperience with building reusable component libraries for large enterprisesExperience migrating or transforming legacy applications to the modern Web applications.Solid understanding of browser performance, GraphQL, server-side renderingExperience with Containerization and orchestration (docker, kubernetes)Experience in defining business needs, guiding customers with their journey to the outcome of solution strategy aligned to their business outcomes and InRhythm ProductsLeading in Discovery exercises virtually or at customer sites, leading solution architecture discussionsExpert in creating detailed solution descriptions and architecture diagrams for presentations, proposals, and implementation plansPresentation and white-boarding skills with a high degree of comfort speaking with internal and external executives, IT management, and technical teamsProvide thought leadership in terms of better/futuristic architecture, master data management, machine learning, etc.Experience in providing strategic thinking, solutions and roadmaps while driving architectural recommendations.Adopt and communicate new concepts, ideas, techniques, best practices and technology assistance.
