Role DescriptionThis is a part-time remote role for an iOS Developer at Mynx with the potential for a co-founder title. The iOS Developer will be responsible for building and launching the MVP. They will collaborate with cross-functional teams to define, design, and ship new features, and work with outside data sources and APIs. The iOS Developer will also ensure the performance, quality, and responsiveness of applications and identify and correct bottlenecks and fix bugs.

QualificationsProven working experience in software developmentWorking experience in iOS developmentProficient with Swift and Objective-CExperience with iOS frameworks such as Core Data, Core Animation, etc.Experience with offline storage, threading, and performance tuningFamiliarity with RESTful APIs to connect iOS applications to back-end servicesKnowledge of other web technologies and UI/UX standardsUnderstanding of Apple’s design principles and interface guidelinesExperience with performance and memory tuning with tools such as InstrumentsFamiliarity with cloud message APIs and push notificationsKnack for benchmarking and optimizationProficient understanding of code versioning tools such as Git

Relevant skills and qualifications that would be beneficial:

Experience with mobile app design and developmentExperience with Flutter or other cross-platform development frameworksKnowledge of software development methodologies and best practicesExcellent problem-solving skills and attention to detailStrong communication and collaboration abilities
