Sr. Java Developer (Independent Contractor/Fulltime freelancer)

Position: Technical Specialist Experience: 10+ Years Location: Remote

Responsibilities • Implement user-stories - coding user stories, unit testing, create high level design / low level design, ensure code-coverage, conduct design and code reviews, create design artifacts. • Lead a team of developers and guide them to complete their work as required and on time, Provide guidance to Junior Team members. • Actively participate in meetings like SCRUM Team Daily Stand-ups, user-story grooming, sprint planning, retrospective, demos, any other adhoc meetings • Help the team stay in line with CT QMS processes. • Coordinating with the BA to plan the sprints. • Help the team stay in line with CT QMS processes, work closely with the auditees to understand the details and support with all relevant objective evidence. • Adheres to Quality Management system & supports the quality audits. • Attends required management meetings and provided required data, reports.

Mandatory Skills • Minimum 10+ years of Excellent working experience in Core Java, Java 6. • Must have experience in Google Web ToolKit (GWT). • Strong working knowledge on Oracle 12c. • Good working knowledge on SAP NetWeaver, experience in SAP Integration, working with SAP BW. • Enterprise level Design and Architecture experience is must. • Strong exposure to REST API. • Experience in Unit testing. • Demonstrated use of OOP, SOLID principles, design patterns and coding best practices. • Experience in SAP Integration.
