Founding Engineer (App Developer CTO role)

A new dating app about to revolutionise the traditional dating app scene with a focus on safety for women.Evntful is looking for an experienced App Developer to complete the MVP version of the app and take on the role of CTO. The app is currently written in Ionic/Angular only in IOS version. The data is kept in MySQL database on digitise ocean and a Ruby on Rails backend. We need an App Developer to complete the MVP version by integrating a booking platform, payment system, verification and creating an Android version for the end of January/ early February.

Type of role1-2 months completion of MVP1 year voluntary role however entitled to 1% of Share Options for completing MVP and 5% following as CTO Opportunity for permanent role senior position (CTO) and salary on receiving investmentSenior role following investment

Prelaunch (Prelaunch will be for Testing):Integrate several booking platforms seamlessly on the app to have a real time view of availabilityLiaise with venues if required from a tech perspective to sync Evntful and their booking platform onto the appIntegrate payment and verification system Create timeline for app post launch with a view of feature enhancements

Post launch:Plan new features and associated sprintsProvide data insights on traction (e.g active users, churn rate, retention rate, LTV)Maintaining Evntul's approach to taking bookings and the payment systemOnboard new venues and booking platformsManage Tech team as we onboard App Developers when required Assist on required improvements and technical advice
